مسح الحساب

اللي بيتمسح: الحساب نفسه، إيميلك واسمك واليوزر، صورة البروفايل، كل الكروت اللي جمعتها، الدستات، والرحلات اللي خلّصتها.

مفيش رجوع بعد كده. إحنا مش بنحتفظ بنسخة.

من جوه اللعبة — أسرع طريقة

  1. افتح اللعبة وسجّل دخول بحسابك.
  2. ادخل على الإعدادات.
  3. انزل تحت لآخر حاجة في قسم الحساب: امسح حسابي.
  4. اكتب الباسورد بتاعك (أو اسمك لو داخل بآبل أو جوجل)، واضغط امسح.

الحساب بيتمسح على طول، مش بعد فترة.

لو مش قادر تدخل اللعبة

لو مسحت الأپ أو مش قادر تسجّل دخول، ابعتلنا من نفس الإيميل المسجّل بيه الحساب على [email protected] واكتب إنك عايز تمسح حسابك.

بنطلب تبعت من نفس الإيميل عشان نتأكد إنه حسابك إنت. بنرد ونمسح الحساب في خلال ٣٠ يوم على الأكثر، وعادةً أقل بكتير.

حاجات بتفضل فترة قصيرة

سجلات السيرفر بتاعتنا فيها وقت الدخول ورقم الحساب لمدة قصيرة، وبتتمسح لوحدها بعدها. مفيش فيها كروتك ولا بياناتك الشخصية. تفاصيل أكتر في سياسة الخصوصية.

Delete your account

What gets deleted: the account itself, your email address, name and username, your profile picture, every card you have collected, your decks, and your trip progress.

There is no undo. We do not keep a copy.

From inside the app — fastest

  1. Open El Hara and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the account section: Delete my account.
  4. Type your password (or your name, if you sign in with Apple or Google) and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately, not after a waiting period.

If you cannot reach the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address the account is registered to, asking us to delete it.

We ask you to write from that address so we can tell it is your account. We reply and delete within 30 days at the outside, and usually much sooner.

What lingers briefly

Our server logs hold sign-in times and an account id for a short period, and age out on their own. They contain none of your cards and no personal data. More detail in the privacy policy.
