Terms of Use

El Hara is a card game. When you play it, on your phone or at play.el7arah.com, you agree to these terms. They are simple: play fair, and know that the things in the game stay in the game.

Your account

• You can play without an account. An account keeps your progress, and opens online play, friends and purchases.
• An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account any time from Settings → Delete my account. Deleting is final, and what is on the account goes with it.
• The game is not directed at children under 3.

Things in the game

جنيه (pounds), فكة (coins), cards, packs and everything else in the game exist only inside the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another account. We give you the right to use them in the game, and we may change their balance or prices to keep the game fun.

Packs are never sold for money. You earn them from matches, trips and rewards, or buy them with the فكة you earn by playing. The cards inside a pack are random.

Purchases

• You can buy جنيه with real money in the in-game store, and the Alley Pass on its page. All payments go through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and their terms apply to the payment too.
• The price is shown before you buy, in your local currency, as the store gives it.
• جنيه you buy reach your account once. If you change phones and sign in to the same account, they are there.
• Refunds go through Apple or Google, under their rules. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove what it gave you.

Alley Pass

• The Alley Pass is a one-time purchase that opens the premium lane on the pass page for the current season. The price is shown on the button before you buy.
• It is not a subscription. You are charged once, to your Apple or Google account, when you confirm the purchase. Nothing is charged automatically after that.
• Each season has a new pass, and you decide whether to buy it.
• Rewards you claimed from the premium lane stay with you after the season ends.
• The pass is tied to your account. If you change phones and sign in to the same account, it is there.

Ads

The game only has ads you choose: you tap to watch an ad and get a small reward. You never have to watch an ad to play. How ads handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

Play fair

• No cheating, no bots that play for you, no exploiting bugs, no breaking matches.
• No offensive names or pictures (insults, hate, or anything inappropriate), and no harassing other players.
• If someone bothers you, you can block or report them from their sheet in Friends. Our team reviews reports and removes what is not acceptable.
• If someone breaks these terms, we may change their name or picture, or suspend their account, without refunding what is on it.

The game itself

We keep working on the game, so we may add, change or remove cards, items or parts of the game. We try to keep it running all the time, but we do not promise it will never stop or have bugs. If we ever decide to close the game, we will say so inside the game first.

All cards, characters, art and sounds in El Hara are ours. Do not copy or sell them.

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies alongside these terms.

If this changes

We will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so inside the game.
